Do you have a warranty?

We stand behind the lasting beauty of our pieces. If your jewelry shows noticeable fading or discoloration in its gold or silver finish, you're covered — for life.

You can request a replacement or store credit at any time. Store credit will reflect any discounts applied at purchase. For gifted items, only store credit is available. Please keep the affected item — it may be needed for future claims.

🎁 Mystery items and free gifts are excluded.

🛑 Metiseko Jewelry reserves the right to decline any claim if it does not meet our warranty terms.

What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit once your return request is approved.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and any gifts received.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number. We do not cover return shipping fees.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Any discounts used will be reflected in the refund amount. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we’ll issue store credit via a personalized code after your return is accepted. All exchanges are final.
  • Gifts: Gifted items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

How can I track my orders?

Login and head over to your Metiseko account and select "My Orders" to review your order status.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
