Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date for purchases made at metisekojewelry.myshopify.com. All returns must be pre-approved prior to being sent back.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and any complimentary gifts
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund amounts reflect any applied promotions. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We offer store credit for exchanges. After your return is approved, you’ll receive a personalized store credit code. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned again.
Gifts & Gift Cards
- Gifted items are only eligible for store credit.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
Promotion Terms & Conditions
Bundles
- Returned as a set: Eligible for a full refund or store credit.
- Returned individually: Refund or store credit will be issued based on the item's proportionate value.
Promotional Offers
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free (B2G1): Returns receive 80% refund or credit of the item's full value, adjusted for the promotion.
- Buy 2 Get 2 Free (B2G2) or similar: Returns receive 50% refund or credit of each item’s full value after applying the promotion.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return and warranty terms. We reserve the right to deny requests beyond 30 days.
- We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses, lost packages, or delays once your order leaves our facility.
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, you must file a claim within 7 business days.
- If you received the wrong item or items are missing, please file a claim within 3 business days.
Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds take 2–7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
